Sadia Noreen is an award-winning Islamic scholar, educator, researcher, trainer, instructor, and social entrepreneur dedicated to empowering individuals and transforming communities through education, leadership, and compassionate service.She earned the Chancellor’s Gold Medal after securing 1st Position in M.Phil. Islamic Studies from Riphah International University, Faisalabad. She also completed her M.A. Islamic Studies from the University of Sargodha, a BS (Hons.) in English from Government College Women University, Faisalabad, and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from Allama Iqbal Open University, Islamabad.To further strengthen her academic and professional expertise, she completed a Diploma in Islamic Education from Al-Noor International Institute of Islamic Education & Research, Faisalabad, secured 1st Position in the Feham (Moalim) Ul-Quran Course And earned professional certifications in Counselling Skills University of Oxford, Graphic Designing, and Computer Basics. and many more.For more than 11 years, She has actively served as a volunteer leader with the Pakistan Girl Guides Association, contributing to numerous national and provincial initiatives focused on youth development, women’s empowerment, environmental sustainability, digital safety, education, and community service. She has conducted more than 30 training sessions for Senior Guides and has trained students and communities through initiatives such as Surf Smart, Plastic Tide Turner, leadership development, and life skills education.As a Training and Development (Tarbiyah) Officer, she has designed and delivered educational programs that promote character building, leadership, professional development, and lifelong learning. She has also organized and coordinated large-scale educational, sports, and social welfare events involving thousands of participants.

She is an active researcher whose work focuses on Prophetic Seerah, Quranic Studies, youth development, ethics, education, artificial intelligence, digital challenges, leadership, and contemporary social issues. She has authored 13 research papers, presented her work at numerous national and international academic conferences, and published research in HEC-recognized journals. Her research aims to bridge classical Islamic scholarship with contemporary global challenges and provide practical, value-based solutions for today’s society.She is also a dedicated online educator who has been teaching Khulasa-e-Quran, Dawrah-e-Quran, Tafseer-ul-Quran, and Islamic studies since 2023, helping learners strengthen their understanding of the Quran and apply its guidance in everyday life.Driven by a vision of sustainable social change, She established the Sadia Noreen Foundation (SNF) to create opportunities for education, youth empowerment, youth development, leadership training, environmental responsibility, digital literacy, health awareness, and community transformation.To further support the Foundation’s mission, she also founded HISAAR by Sadia Noreen, a purpose-driven brand. Rather than functioning solely as a commercial enterprise, HISAAR by sadia noreen serves as the Foundation’s primary social enterprise, with its income helping to regulate educational, courses, projects, community development initiatives, workshops,webinars, training sessions, and empowerment programs. Through this sustainable model, bussiness becomes a means of creating lasting social impact.She firmly believes that meaningful change begins with education, faith, compassion, and responsible leadership. Through the Sadia Noreen Foundation, she is committed to nurturing ethical leaders, empowering youth, supporting vulnerable communities, and inspiring a generation capable of contributing positively to Pakistan and the global community.
